design-led sanitary ware brand , supplying premium bathroom products across Bali and Indonesia. We collaborate with leading architects, developers, and interior designers to provide high-quality, sustainable bathroom solutions that blend aesthetics and function.
We are now looking for an
Operations & Service Manager
— a hands‑on, highly organized individual who can take ownership of everything that happens after a sale is confirmed, ensuring each order flows smoothly from production to installation and after‑sales support.
Tasks
About the Role
You’ll be the
operational backbone of Ahti , managing the full journey from order to installation.
This includes:
Overseeing our warehouse and logistics staff
Managing deliveries and installations staff
Handling customer service and technical support staff
Closing the feedback loop with our quality team in our factories
This is a
key leadership role
for someone who loves structure, problem‑solving, and improving systems — someone who wants to make things run like clockwork.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in
operations, logistics, or project coordination
— ideally within
interiors, construction materials, sanitary ware, or appliances .
Proven ability to manage small teams (warehouse, plumber, drivers, customer service).
Fluent in
Bahasa Indonesia
and
English .
Highly organized and detail‑oriented — can build systems from scratch.
Calm under pressure and naturally solution‑focused.
Practical, hands‑on mindset; enjoys seeing things move from start to finish.
