operational backbone of Ahti , managing the full journey from order to installation. This includes: Overseeing our warehouse and logistics staff Managing deliveries and installations staff Handling customer service and technical support staff Closing the feedback loop with our quality team in our factories This is a

for someone who loves structure, problem‑solving, and improving systems — someone who wants to make things run like clockwork. Requirements

5–10 years of experience in

operations, logistics, or project coordination

— ideally within

interiors, construction materials, sanitary ware, or appliances . Proven ability to manage small teams (warehouse, plumber, drivers, customer service). Fluent in

Bahasa Indonesia

and

English . Highly organized and detail‑oriented — can build systems from scratch. Calm under pressure and naturally solution‑focused. Practical, hands‑on mindset; enjoys seeing things move from start to finish.
