HRIS Functional Consultant (Darwinbox Experience) Location: Jakarta

Job Description:

Collaborate with customer HR to identify business needs and requirements.

Work with the team to develop the migration plan and provide the data related to business needs.

Map business needs and system capabilities. Provide system solutions, work around to meet business needs.

Conduct system configuration, demos, user acceptance testing, system integration testing, and key user training.

Maintain and support the client includes technical advice, creating reports, data analysis and correction.

Prepare project deliverables such as system solution design and user guide.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field (GPA ≥ 3.20).

At least 5 years of work experience in implementing and managing HRIS systems.

Core (Organization Development, Personnel Management, Employee Life Cycle Workflow)

Time management

Performance management

Proficiency in Mandarin language is a must.

Ability to work effectively in a team.

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
