Natural Resources, Metals & Mining, Energy, heavy Industrials Perth High-impact, strategic role with visibility at the executive level We are partnering with one of Australia’s most respected and diversified ASX-listed organisations to recruit a Vice President / Director for their high-performing Corporate Development and Internal M&A team in Perth. The group has a broad portfolio across Natural Resources & Mining, Energy, and heavy industrial sectors, with a proven track record of creating value through strategic transactions. This team sits at the heart of the business, playing a pivotal role in shaping the portfolio and driving long-term growth strategy. In this role, you will lead complex workstreams across M&A transactions, strategic investments, and high-value corporate projects. Working closely with senior executives, you will apply commercial judgment and financial expertise to assess potential acquisitions, partnerships, and capital allocation decisions. This is a unique opportunity to operate with visibility and impact at the highest levels of a major corporate group, while benefiting from the depth, stability, and long-term focus of an internal corporate role. The ideal candidate will have 7–12 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or Big 4 M&A teams. You will be a self-starter with a passion for solving complex business problems, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to lead small teams or workstreams independently. Strong technical capabilities and commercial judgment are essential.
