AI Software Engineer

to join a cutting-edge project focused on integrating AI into the software delivery toolchain. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative AI solutions, including Large Language Models (LLM) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, while contributing to automation and developer productivity platforms.

You are the ideal candidate if you have… ✅ 3–5 years of experience as a

Software Engineer

,

DevOps

, or

MLOps specialist

, with a strong focus on AI integration and automation ✅ Hands-on experience integrating

Machine Learning (ML)

and

Generative AI

components into production systems ✅ Strong knowledge of

Corporate Identity (CI)/Corporate Design (CD) pipelines

, cloud environments, containerization (

Docker/Kubernetes

), and APIs ✅ Experience developing

scalable, secure, and maintainable

AI solutions ✅ Security-aware and familiar with

enterprise standards

and compliance best practices ✅ Fluent English to work in an international environment ✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Computer Science

or related field, or equivalent professional experience

What will your day-to-day look like? Own the engineering and integration layer for AI capabilities in the software delivery toolchain Collaborate with AI Product Engineers and platform teams to define and scope AI-driven opportunities Prototype and validate

LLM-based

or

RAG pipelines

to deliver measurable business value Develop and maintain APIs, pipelines, and service integrations for AI features across platforms Ensure

traceability, logging, and compliance

of integrated solutions, adhering to enterprise security standards Drive

best practices for automation, monitoring, and reproducibility
