We’re currently looking for a

Lead Generation Assistant

who combines strong attention to detail with curiosity and analytical skills. If you enjoy researching, spotting patterns, and working with data to drive growth, this role is for you.

About the Role As a Lead Generation Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing and sales pipeline by researching and compiling high-quality prospect lists, ensuring accuracy and consistency across our databases, and helping us target the right companies and decision-makers.

In this role, you will:

Research and compile new contacts each month to meet defined targets.

Maintain and clean the master prospect database by

deduplicating, updating, and removing outdated contacts .

Ensure

accuracy and completeness

of contact details before handoff.

Continuously refine prospect lists to improve engagement and conversion rates.

What You’ll Need

Familiarity with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), CRM tools and data management platforms

Experience with prospecting tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)

Strong data entry and management skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns and find lookalike prospects

Ability to quickly disqualify poor-fit leads using available data (job titles, company updates, online profiles, etc.)

Fast learner who can work independently and consistently meet deadlines
