Projects based in Brisbane’s inner suburbs with supportive leadership and strong delivery teams.

The Opportunity Anestablished Tier 2 builder with a strong foothold in SEQisk kicking off major upcoming projects and are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to take charge.

Your first build will be a 20+ storey project in inner-Brisbane with the chance to take full ownership of high-profile jobs, work closely with repeat developers, and deliver complex structures with real autonomy.

The Company This builder delivers across multi-residential, education, community, aged care, health and commercial sectors, with current projects ranging from $30M to $70M+. They’re known for strong client relationships, consistent pipelines, and stable internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading day-to-day site operations on a major multi-storey build.

Driving program, safety, quality, subcontractor performance and site logistics.

Building strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors and client-side teams.

Reporting to a Project Manager / Construction Manager with autonomy to deliver your section of the build.

What You Bring

Proven experience delivering multi-storey projects 20+ levels or $50M+.

Strong network and knowledge of the SEQ subcontractor market.
