Job Description

The Account Executive / Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Horeca industry and a passion for sales and customer service. Identify and acquire new clients within the Horeca industry, including hotels, restaurants, and cafés. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business growth. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Present and promote SNJ’s products and solutions to potential clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales deals. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Provide regular sales reports and insights to management. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand business reach. Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the Horeca industry. Strong knowledge of the Horeca sector and customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
