Key responsibility areas:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Admin cum HR Executive to oversee procurement processes, manage vendor partnerships, and provide comprehensive support to HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining administrative functions, optimizing procurement efficiency, and ensuring seamless HR coordination across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Vendor Management:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and quality.
Maintain vendor relationships and oversee service contracts and renewals.
Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Administrative Operations:
Manage procurement, travel arrangements, office upkeep, and event logistics.
Coordinate meetings, travel, and company events.
Ensure adherence to approval workflows and regulatory compliance.
HR Support:
Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee documentation.
Address employee queries in coordination with HR and other departments.
Manage employee engagement initiatives and HR-related activities.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of HR-related and cross-functional activities.
Collaborate with departments to maintain workflow efficiency.
Support property acquisition processes including vendor coordination.
Confidentiality & Compliance:
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Uphold data protection standards and company policies.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of procurement and vendor management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset.
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Work permit requirements:
Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India
Period of engagement:
Full-time position
Probation period:
6 months
Compensation:
Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.
Leave:
22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.
