Key responsibility areas: We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Admin cum HR Executive to oversee procurement processes, manage vendor partnerships, and provide comprehensive support to HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining administrative functions, optimizing procurement efficiency, and ensuring seamless HR coordination across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and quality. Maintain vendor relationships and oversee service contracts and renewals. Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Administrative Operations: Manage procurement, travel arrangements, office upkeep, and event logistics. Coordinate meetings, travel, and company events. Ensure adherence to approval workflows and regulatory compliance. HR Support: Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee documentation. Address employee queries in coordination with HR and other departments. Manage employee engagement initiatives and HR-related activities. Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of HR-related and cross-functional activities. Collaborate with departments to maintain workflow efficiency. Support property acquisition processes including vendor coordination. Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Uphold data protection standards and company policies.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong negotiation and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of procurement and vendor management. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset. Effective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process. Leave:
