Customer Support Executive
About the Role:
It requires to deliver exceptional service to German and Dutch Customers by providing accurate information, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all communication channels
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, courteous, and helpful customer support across phone, email, and social media.
- Address inquiries about products and services, offering accurate information and relevant product recommendations.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Deliver a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience.
- Share clear and accurate product and service information, addressing customer needs in a timely manner.
- Maintain service quality, meet resolution timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work in rotational shifts including US hours.
Requirements:
- Excellent fluency in spoken Dutch.
- Preferred: Ability to communicate in a European accent.
- Strong written communication skills in Dutch.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer support in Dutch
- Knowledge of German will be an added advantage
- Experience handling international customers via phone or chat is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing customer interactions professionally.
- Flexibility with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
- Strong follow-up skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office and online research.
- Strong English communication skills.
