Core Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality web applications using Next JS/React. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern web development techniques. Build reusable and scalable components using React, Redux, and other related libraries. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure high-quality software by writing automated tests and conducting code reviews. Continuously improve the software development process by evaluating and adopting new tools and technologies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field. 3+ years of professional experience in web development using Next JS/React. Strong proficiency in React and related libraries such as Redux. Strong proficiency in Typescript/ JavaScript (OOP). Experience with CSS framework like Bootstrap 5 and Tailwind Experience with Unit testing like Jest and Karma Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack and Babel and Vite. Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility issues. Experience with server-side rendering and performance optimization techniques. Knowledge of software engineering principles, best practices, and design patterns. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
