to join our team and take charge of our social media presence and ad creatives.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).

Core Responsibilities 1. Short-Form Content & Reel Creation

Produce high-quality reels/short-form videos. Ensure all content is prepared and scheduled for

daily posting . Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts. Maintain consistency with brand identity, tone, and visual style.

2. Meta & TikTok Ad Creatives

Develop video-focused ad creatives in advance for campaigns. Coordinate with the marketing team to plan monthly ad requirements. Ensure each creative aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

3. Performance Tracking on Airtable

Monitor performance of reels, posts, and paid campaigns. Input and update metrics regularly in Airtable with accuracy. Share insights and recommendations for improvement.

Ideal Candidate

Strong experience in short-form content editing. Understanding of social media trends, transitions, and storytelling. Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and basic analytics. Detail-oriented and comfortable using Airtable or similar tools. Ability to work remotely from India while following
