Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled
QA Engineer
with strong experience in both
Manual and Automation Testing
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through effective test planning, execution, and automation using
Selenium . The candidate should also have hands-on experience with
Micro Focus ALM/Octane
and
Azure DevOps (ADO)
for test management and defect tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts using
Selenium WebDriver .
Collaborate with developers, BAs, and other stakeholders to ensure quality at all stages of SDLC.
Track and manage test cases, defects, and execution status using
Octane
and
Azure DevOps (ADO) .
Participate in regression testing, smoke testing, and UAT support.
Identify, log, and track defects to closure and ensure root cause analysis is performed.
Continuously enhance test automation frameworks and processes for efficiency and coverage.
Provide detailed testing documentation, reports, and metrics to project teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5–9 years
of experience in
Software Testing
(Manual + Automation).
Strong knowledge of
Selenium WebDriver ,
TestNG , or similar frameworks.
Hands-on experience with
Octane
and
Azure DevOps (ADO)
for test management.
Sound understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
Experience with
functional, regression, integration, and system testing .
Proficiency in writing
SQL queries
for data validation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a
hybrid environment .
