Customer Service Agent

based in Denpasar, Bali. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support through chat, email, and phone, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution. Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of incoming chats/emails and respond promptly. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Transfer requests to the appropriate internal stakeholders and track case resolution. Ensure efficient case tracking using internal tools. Provide accurate, complete information using relevant methods and tools. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions within time limits, following up to confirm resolution. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Engage customers and build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication. Qualifications

Minimum D3 degree in any major. Excellent English communication skills (written, spoken, listening, reading) at least B2 level. Proven experience in customer support or customer care; preference for gaming industry experience. Experience supporting Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) games an advantage. Previous BPO experience a plus. Strong customer orientation and adaptability to diverse character types. Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to find efficient solutions. Good organizational skills, capable of tracking issues and resolutions. Proficiency with customer support systems (case/ticket management, macros, knowledge base). Availability to work weekends, public holidays, evenings, and night shifts. Willingness to work full WFO in Denpasar, Bali. Willing to undergo training. Benefits
