Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop compelling copy for advertising campaigns, social media, brochures, posters, and branding materials.
Translate medical excellence into patient-friendly, emotionally engaging content.
Work closely with designers and marketing teams to create cohesive and visually powerful campaigns.
Craft high-impact headlines, storytelling-driven campaigns, and persuasive messaging that drives action.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels while maintaining the sophistication of a world-class healthcare brand.
Leverage AI tools smartly to enhance content creation to enhance productivity without compromising originality.
Be at the forefront of creative innovation, ensuring Medanta’s communication is fresh, engaging, and industry-leading.
Functional Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns from ideation to final copy.
Write clear, concise, and engaging content that aligns with Medanta’s brand voice.
Adapt messaging across various platforms—print, digital, and social media.
Conduct research to understand patient pain points and craft messaging that addresses their needs.
Review and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications:
A compelling portfolio and body of work, with 5-8 years of experience in advertising, brand marketing, or content creation (agency background preferred).
A wordsmith who understands the art of persuasion and the power of storytelling.
Exceptional English writing skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver under pressure.
Healthcare industry experience or a strong grasp of pharma, or hospital marketing is a plus.
Astute attention to detail is a baseline requirement.
Startup mentality: You move fast, take ownership, and execute without micromanagement.
Intellectual curiosity: A willingness to understand the nuances of medical communication.
Deadline-driven mindset: You can work under pressure while maintaining creative excellence.
Experience in creating branding, advertising, and marketing collaterals.
Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
