About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Data Engineer with strong CDP expertise

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Customer Data Platforms—specifically Real-Time CDP and Salesforce CDP—along with a solid background in modern data engineering tools and cloud technologies. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing CDP configurations, ensuring data quality and compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting scalable data pipelines in a cloud environment..

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, configure, and optimize

CDP (Real-Time and Salesforce CDP)

environments. ·

Handle

incident resolution , troubleshooting, and platform performance improvements. ·

Ensure

governance, compliance, and data quality

across CDP workflows. ·

Collaborate closely with product, marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to support data activation and customer insights. ·

Build and maintain scalable data models and transformation pipelines using

dbt . ·

Develop and maintain cloud-based data solutions using

GCP BigQuery . ·

Use

Terraform

for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management. ·

Write clean, efficient, and optimized

SQL

for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. ·

Contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement of data engineering processes.

Required Qualifications ·

Strong hands-on experience with

CDP platforms

(Real-Time CDP and Salesforce CDP). ·

Proven experience in

incident handling , monitoring, and platform optimization. ·

Expertise in

CDP configuration, governance, and compliance

standards. ·

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams. ·

Proficiency in: GCP BigQuery dbt

(data modeling and transformation) Terraform SQL fundamentals ·

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ·

Experience working in remote or distributed team environments is a plus.
