Group General Manager

to hit the ground running and shape the group’s next chapter.

This is more than a GM role. In the short term, you’ll embed operational structure, elevate culture and ensure financial profitability across the business. Beyond that, you’ll play a critical role in the group’s growth, overseeing multiple venues, optimising systems and processes and mentoring a high‑calibre team.

What do you do?

Lead operations across multiple venues, ensuring service excellence, efficiency, and profitability.

Champion culture and mentor Area Managers and the wider teams.

Oversee financial performance, budgets, P&Ls and cost optimisation.

Refine systems and processes to improve efficiency, consistency and scalability.

Support strategic initiatives including growth planning and new venue openings.

Monitor guest experience and marketing outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Lead by example, setting high standards in professionalism, service and team accountability.

What do you need?

2+ years experience as a multi‑venue General Manager (3 sites minimum).

Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&Ls, cost control and the ability to deliver profitability.

Hands‑on leader with the ability to mentor a high‑calibre and diverse team.

Skilled in operational strategy, process improvement and scaling multi‑site businesses.

Tech‑savvy with proven ability to streamline processes.

Exceptional communication, management and organisational skills.

Strategic thinker who can anticipate challenges, drive performance and embed a strong culture.

Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
