Assistant Store Manager

to join our successful store,

Ralph Lauren Perth DFO . In this role you will partner with the store manager to drive sales, motivate your team and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in managing the sales team to maximize sales and profit performance.

Motivate the team to achieve weekly targets and maintain store standards.

Recruit, select and develop great talent for the team.

Collaborate with the Brand Image team to identify visual merchandising opportunities and deliver on plans.

Drive day‑to‑day store operations including visual merchandising, stock control, back‑of‑house processes and workforce scheduling.

Demonstrate strong communication skills and liaise with colleagues at all levels of the business.

Apply strong business acumen to achieve operational goals.

Skills and Experience

Minimum 2‑3 years of retail management or comparable industry experience in a complex, high‑volume environment.

Proven track record in sales, customer service and performance management.

Strong merchandise and stock management skills.

Excellent team player who enjoys motivating and mentoring staff.

Confident and comfortable making autonomous decisions when required.

Flexible to work rotating hours, including after store hours, weekdays and weekends.

Solid understanding of fashion trends, retail environment and competitors.

Knowledge of loss prevention procedures and retail security practices.
