Job Scope Supports order entry and coordinates transportation and shipping activities. Assists with inventory accounting and goods valuation. Monitors stock availability and manages material movements using the SAP system.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Manages the code warehouse, ensuring accurate knowledge of units of measure and their conversions. Performs inventory transactions in the SAP system for material codes. Handles all phases of Purchase Order (PO) entry in the system, from order recording to goods dispatch. Prepares transportation documentation to accompany shipments. Coordinates operational activities related to transportation and goods shipping. Inspects incoming materials, verifies accompanying documentation, and ensures proper identification. Checks batch correspondence and material quantities, and prints the relevant labels. Monitors and records physical parameters of storage areas, refrigerators, freezers, incubators, and ovens.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

Higher education diploma or university degree in a technical or logistics field Good knowledge of IT tools and the Microsoft Office suite Ability to work effectively in a team Strong time management and ability to work independently Commitment to meeting deadlines Basic English knowledge. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
