Our client is an established and reputable surveying practice delivering high-quality RICS Level 1, 2, and 3 Home Surveys for residential clients. As a Building Surveyor, you'll be responsible for carrying out residential surveys and valuations to assess property condition, identify defects, and deliver clear, professional reports for clients. You'll manage your own workload and represent the business with professionalism and integrity.

Are you the right person for the job?

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualified (essential) – or direct entry via MCIOB/MCABE
• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential surveying (desirable)
• Proven experience producing RICS Level 2 and Level 3 reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
• Able to manage your own workload independently
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

What will your role look like?

• Carry out RICS Level 1 (Condition Reports), Level 2 (Homebuyer Reports), and Level 3 (Building Surveys)
• Inspect residential properties to assess condition, identify defects, and evaluate structural integrity
• Produce high-quality, accurate, and detailed reports for clients
• Provide professional advice on property condition, repairs, and maintenance priorities
• As a Building Surveyor, you'll be responsible for carrying out residential surveys to assess and valuations
• Maintain RICS compliance and stay up to date with industry standards and building regulations
