About The Role You’ll turn data into insights that drive smarter decisions across Dealls and KantorKu. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to collect, analyze, and visualize key metrics — shaping how we grow, optimize, and allocate resources across millions of users and thousands of clients.

This role is perfect for someone who loves finding patterns in chaos, turning raw numbers into clear stories that leaders can act on.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track core business metrics (growth, engagement, conversion, retention).

Conduct ad-hoc analysis to uncover drivers behind product, sales, or operational trends.

Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data queries and insights.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems (e.g., product analytics, CRM, finance).

Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements What We’re Looking For

2–4 years experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles.

Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large datasets.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and business acumen.

Ability to explain complex data simply and drive actionable recommendations.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Bonus Points

Experience in SaaS, marketplace, or HR tech companies.

Familiarity with Python, R, or data pipeline tools.

Understanding of marketing or product funnel metrics (AARRR, CAC, LTV).
