This role will involve leading the team, working closely with the owner and working to achieve weekly goals and targets. Experience in management positions is not necessary but is definitely beneficial.

What this role will include:

Harbour town store management

Roster planning and problem solving

Working closely with owner

Communicating with existing team

Social media involvement

Training new staff

Some travel (within the Gold Coast)

Full Time position

Some evidence of leadership skills being exercised (could be school or university programs or previous workplaces)

High organizational skills
