Responsibilities

Lead the sales and business development of solar mounting products within the Indonesian region.

Identify and develop new potential clients, including EPC contractors, project developers, distributors, and large C&I enterprises.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Conduct in-depth analysis of the Indonesian solar market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, quotation, negotiation to contract signing.

Work closely with marketing, technical, and project teams to ensure a seamless service experience for customers.

Qualifications

Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Indonesia.

Experience in solar PV, energy, electricity, or related industrial product sales is highly advantageous.

Existing customer or project resources in the Indonesian solar/energy market will be a significant advantage.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Good communication skill. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese will be a significant advantage.
