Job Responsibilities
Organize the establishment of an EHS management system
Responsible for regularly checking whether the documentation in the on‑site EHS management process meets the requirements
Responsible for regular on‑site EHS inspections and follow‑up closure of issues
Supervise the implementation of the EHS management system in the project and issue penalties to contractors
Ensure the proper implementation of the EHS management system in the General Contractor (GC) and improve continuous improvement through coaching. Additionally, site memos or penalties for non‑conformity should be issued, and the employer should be advised to reward and recognize outstanding EHS performance by individual GCs or their subcontractors.
Regularly organize EHS meetings
Responsible for regular on‑site EHS inspections and providing EHS inspection reports. Responsible for providing weekly and monthly reports that meet customer requirements.
Establish an overall project risk management ledger and provide response measures and regularly update the risk list based on the overall progress of the project.
Qualifications
Safety‑in‑design risk assessment
Project EHS plan
Project Environmental Management Plan
Construction Site Logistics Plan
Emergency Response Plan
Method Statement & Risk Assessment (MSRA) development and review
Collaborative planning involvement 12 weeks in advance
Review of High‑Risk Activities (HRAs)
Participation in Daily Activity Briefing (DAB)
Analysis of EHS leading and lagging indicators through EHS observation tracker or other reports
Incident Investigation and Lesson Learnt Sharing
Multiple Data Center Experience
Language – English Proficiency, Indonesian Preferred.
