We’re supporting a leading Australian venture capital firm in hiring an Investor Relations Associate to help expand its HNWI and wholesale investor base. This is a relationship-led role with a strong focus on capital raising, investor engagement, and building a high-quality network across the wholesale investor and the VC ecosystem.

The role

Build and nurture relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and prospective venture capital investors.

Drive capital-raising activity end-to-end: outreach, investor meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing communication.

Represent the firm at events, roadshows, and ecosystem engagements to build visibility and generate new investor interest.

Work closely with senior IR and investment teams to confidently articulate the strategy, portfolio themes, and performance.

Keep investor pipelines tight – CRM updates, reporting, materials, and investor notes.

What you’ll bring

Strong interest in venture capital, start-ups, and early-stage investing.

Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and build trust quickly.

Confident communicator with sharp commercial instincts.

Background in financial services, private wealth, or outbound sales is ideal.

Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple investor conversations at pace.
