Azure Data and AI Principal Consultant (Anywhere in Aus)

We're looking for a Fabric Principal Consultant to join our fast-growing Data and AI consultancy. You can work from anywhere in Australia, with 80% WFH. We're recognised as the go-to experts in Microsoft Fabric and deliver exciting projects that push the boundaries with GenAI and intelligent agents.

You'll lead the delivery of Enterprise Fabric projects, managing stakeholders and budgets while bringing strong, hands‑on, technical expertise.

What we're looking for Someone who gets excited talking about data or cloud tech

Someone who believes in Occam's Razor

Someone who is smart, likes learning and takes ownership

Required skills (at least 7+ years of consulting experience – senior-level role)

Ability to talk to the customer

Manage the delivery of an Enterprise project, budgets and stakeholders

Fabric (or Synapse / ADF / Databricks) Data Engineering background

Data Warehousing experience

Basic understanding of Agentic AI
