As a Site Manager at UNITA, you will take responsibility for overall project planning and scheduling on site, while providing technical direction to ensure compliance with quality standards. What Your Days Will Look Like

Plan, organise and control the programme, and the quality of day‑to‑day running of each project. Undertake daily site visits, ensuring scope is completed and carry out WHS/Quality checks. Manage all site crew (including trades and sub‑trades) to ensure they have the resources needed to complete the works. Coordinate the timing and delivery of multiple trades across multiple projects. Complete status reports on projects, providing feedback to Project Managers. Ensure that employees understand the project site expectations. Maintain high levels of communication and teamwork through direct communication and on‑site meetings. Travel interstate may be required. What You Will Bring To The Role

A minimum of 3 years working within a commercial construction environment (fit‑out desired). Valid Australian Driver’s Licence. Trade qualifications in Cabinetmaking, Joinery, Carpentry or Shop Fitting. OH&S White Card. Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain. Full legal working rights in Australia.
