Associate: Finance / Banking - London

The Role

• Is with the Finance Department of our client's London office.
• This is a high growth practice with a supportive, collegial culture that continues to expand every year.
• Key areas of practice will be in private credit, leveraged finance or sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings.
• Clients involved with this role are typically arrangers and direct lenders.

The Person

• Common Law qualified (Eg. England and Wales and/or Ireland).
• Minimum of 3 years' PQE in private practice.
• Extensive experience in private credit, leveraged finance or sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings, gained in multi-jurisdictional deals from a leading financial market.
• Strong academic background required.
