St Andrews Lutheran College is an independent, co-educational school located at the southern end of the Gold Coast, with over 1,400 students from Early Learning to Year 12. We are a Christ-centred community with a mission to strive for excellence in Christian co-education.

The Role
This is a key leadership position responsible for fostering strong connections with families and the wider community while overseeing all aspects of enrolment processes. The role ensures the College is represented authentically and professionally across all platforms and community touch-points, in alignment with our Mission and Vision.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the College’s brand and increase engagement.
Oversee all enrolment processes, ensuring compliance and maximising conversion rates.
Oversee communication channels to ensure consistent, effective messaging across all platforms.
Lead and manage the Community Engagement and Enrolments team to deliver exceptional, personalised service to current and prospective families.
Build and maintain positive relationships with families, alumni, and community partners.
Plan and oversee community engagement events and initiatives.
Selection Criteria
Proven experience in enrolments, marketing, and community engagement.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement engagement and enrolment strategies.
Strong strategic thinking with excellent organisational and project management skills.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and supporting a team.
Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analysis.
Experience with enrolment, marketing, and event platforms (e.g., Digistorm, TASS Web, Toucan Tech).
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Commitment to the Christian ethos and College values.
