About the role :

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Work on a range of commercial law matters with a focus on intellectual property technology and commercialisation such as protection of confidential information and trade secrets as well as copyright matters.

The role will have elements of dual facing (litigious and transactional).

The ideal candidate :

Have at least 3 years PQE and a strong commercial law foundation and experience in intellectual property.

Strong drafting communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently manage a varied workload meet deadlines.
