Job Description

Principal Consultant – Operational Initiatives Division – Schools (Fixed-term, part time – 6 months, commencing February 2026 with possible extension). Salary: Level 7, $139,860 – $149,485 per annum (pro‑rata) (PSCA 2024). Location: East Perth. Closing date: 2025‑11‑25 4:30 PM. About the Branch

The Operational Initiatives branch is responsible for managing and implementing strategic education programmes that support schools and student outcomes. The branch partners with non‑government school sectors, corporate and not‑for‑profit organisations in Western Australia and assists public schools in delivering these programmes. Role

As Principal Consultant you will provide accurate and timely verbal and written advice, resources, information and support to education regions and the Director General regarding exclusion processes and other branch initiatives. Professional Benefits

You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa that provides work rights for the term of appointment.
