What youâll do:
Grow Lalamove offline presence on the street by keep increasing the number of Lalamove sticker drivers and Lalabag
Manage all offline presence operations activity consist of acquisition and retention of the Lalamove Sticker Drivers.
Maintain driver communication initiatives (phone call, WA, and in-app notification) in relation to inviting drivers to come to hubs, also educating drivers about sticker SOP.
Lead and monitor the team of 3 driver operation supports
In charge of the offline presence inventory (stock availability for sticker & Lalabag, weekly stock inventory) and distributions
Reporting to Offline Presence Lead
What we seek:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to meet the target set by the company
Leader of small team
Attention to detail
Generalist and fast learner
What youâll need:
Graduated from a reputable university. Majoring in operations management and industrial engineering is preferred
Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in operations department
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiar with Google Spreadsheets
