In this Role, you’ll get to
Develop campaign strategies, executing detailed campaign plans across Trip.com products effectively, on schedule, and on budget to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Produce high quality campaigns, with localization that on promotional materials to be appealing and fit to Indonesia market.
In charge of product marketing fit, product grading, ideation of campaign materials, campaign landing page setup, content layout, and copy writing/translation.
Track, measure each performance with quantitative metrics such as order growth, conversion rate, user growth, ROI in timely performance reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in local stakeholders and headquarters including flight, hotel, design, content, product team, business analyst, etc.
Understand Indonesia travel demand, stay up to date with industry trends, and identify new opportunities for Indonesia market growth.
Performing other duties when needed.
What you’ll Need to Succeed
Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related discipline.
At least 4 years of proven experience in campaign production & execution, preferably with OTA background.
Deep knowledge of Indonesia market travel trend and competitor landscape.
Experience in using campaign systems or marketing software.
Creative, able to formulate and produce dynamic strategies with originality.
Data-driven and strong analytical skills.
Good in English (written and verbal) to work in multicultural working environments.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Good teamwork spirit, multitasking and quickly adapting to fast-paced environments and the rapid changes in business conditions.
