Responsibilities

Cultivate Service Excellence culture for customers at branch

Manage operational processes to be in line with internal procedures, local regulation, and group policies

Lead and manage project end‑to‑end incorporating both customer and staff journeys

Ensure continuous improvement for CBG related processes and procedures to achieve effective and efficient processes

Lead and implement AML/CFT procedures ensuring compliance with Indonesian AML/CFT laws & regulations and DBS standards

Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline with at least 7 years client servicing experience and basic understanding of relevant banking practice preferred

Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Attentive to detail and accurate in work

Self‑motivated and driven to reach personal goals
