Job Description We're Hiring: Freelance Data Analyst

We're looking for a Freelance Data Analyst to join our remote team in Germany. You'll analyze data, uncover trends, and provide insights that help shape strategic and operational decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze datasets from various sources

Create dashboards and reports to visualize insights and track KPIs

Provide data-driven recommendations to support product, marketing, and business teams

Work with stakeholders to define metrics, goals, and success criteria

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports

Present findings clearly through visualizations and storytelling

Requirements

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role

Strong skills in Excel and experience with SQL for data querying

Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio)

Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus

Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage time effectively and deliver results in a remote, freelance setup

Fluent in English ; German proficiency is a plus

Must be based in Germany with the legal right to work as a freelancer
