English Teacher at English 1 Bengkulu

What will you do?

Teach English to children ages 3‑18

Teach a variety of our core classes with your regular students, and then more unique activities such as Life Clubs, school trips, and cultural events

Maintain ongoing records, scores, and progress reports related to your classes

Provide meaningful updates to parents during Parent‑Teacher Meetings, and perform placement tests for new students.

Continuous professional development through in‑centre training, collaborating with other teachers, and learning through our online training system.

Job Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in any field

A minimum C1 level of proficiency as shown through IELTS/TOEFL/EFSet (C2 will be a big advantage)

Teaching experience

Preference given to those already resident in Bengkulu (though we are open to teachers relocating from other regions)

A passion and patience for working with children, and overseeing their long‑term development

The ability to work with and develop each other as a team, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment

Clean criminal background check

Employment references

TEFL certification or a teaching degree will be advantageous
