HEAD OF FACULTY - RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
This is a key middle leadership position responsible for shaping a vibrant Religious Education curriculum that nurtures faith, promotes social justice and encourages critical engagement with religious traditions.
Reporting to the Dean of Teaching and Learning, you will lead the Religious Education Faculty (Years 5–12), ensuring programs reflect the Touchstones of the Edmund Rice Education Charter and meet national, state, and Catholic education requirements.
About You
Proven leadership experience in Religious Education within a school setting.
Strong knowledge of curriculum design, assessment, and QCAA processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build partnerships across the College.

In-depth knowledge of Religious Education curriculum requirements, including QCAA processes (endorsement, confirmation, and reporting).
Ability to lead reflective practice, classroom observation and data-informed decision-making to improve student outcomes.
