Our expanding WA‑owned business is seeking Senior Environmental Approval Consultants with 4+ years of experience to join our Perth office. Supported by strong technical managers, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a passionate, people‑focused team delivering exceptional outcomes for both the environment and our clients. The Role We are seeking applications from Senior Environmental Approval Consultants who bring both practical experience and a desire to continually improve the standard of environmental assessments in WA. You will be challenged and encouraged to actively seek ways to minimise the environmental and social impacts of the projects we work on, in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for the environment and our clients.

You will work on a broad range of projects across WA, developing your environmental knowledge, leadership capabilities, and professional skills — all within a supportive environment guided by highly experienced and respected industry leaders. You will enjoy a high degree of independence, while being encouraged to build client and Government relationships and collaborate with external specialists.

About You To be successful, you will bring:

A recognised degree in Environmental or Marine Science (or equivalent)

4+ years’ experience in a similar role

Strong technical report writing skills

A sound understanding of the WA environmental regulatory framework

A desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve your skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

The ability to contribute effectively as part of a team

A genuine passion for achieving high environmental standards, including leading clients to better environmental outcomes
