Responsibilities
Build relationships with association from respective KOLs.
Initiate and supervise events execution until evaluating results.
Initiate and supervise marketing plan as brand awareness activities.
Manage product forecasting, long range plan, sell-ins, and issues, collaborating cross‑function with other divisions.
Ensure collaboration with Field Force Operation for product sales and marketing program execution.
Ensure achievement of brand financial goals.
Education Background
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Chemical, Business Communication.
MBA or Master’s in Marketing / Business Management preferred.
Certifications in Brand Management, Product Strategy, or Digital Marketing are an advantage.
Professional Experiences
Minimum 7–10 years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing or product management.
Proven track record of managing multiple brands or a diverse therapeutic portfolio (preferably in Dermatology, Wound Care, Skin Care).
Experience in launching new products.
Experience in Ethical Marketing and Digital Marketing.
Strong leadership and mentoring capability (Guiding Product Managers).
Excellent communication and presentation skills (internal & external stakeholders).
Strong collaboration, ability to align with multiple stakeholders in the organization.
