Job Description

In your new role you will:

Responsible and manage company compliance program and activities (e.g. workshop, campaign etc.) Collaborate with internal auditor to improve company process Main contact for Internal Auditor Monitor follow-up & implementation of internal audit recommendations, ensuring effective remediation Develop risk mitigation strategies, identify vulnerabilities or fraud risks, and recommend corrective action Monitor employees’ completion of compliance mandatory training Coordinate with Chief Financial Officer / Compliance Officer in the related legal and compliance topic Engage in process legal documentation (e.g. business licenses, certifications, reports etc.) Work closely with internal and external stakeholder to ensure that compliance with the rules and regulations Contribute & propose corrective action related tax & accounting topic.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent Min. 2-5 years of relevant experience in handling compliance activities Good knowledge and understanding in legal, corporate governance and governmental processes and procedures Understanding of Internal Auditor would be a plus Understanding of Accounting and Taxation would be a plus Proficient in English, with excellent oral and written skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
