Position: D365 F&O Senior SCM Functional Consultant
Location: Perth (5 days onsite)
Full-time
Exp Level: 7+ years
Responsibilities
Leading the design, configuration and testing of D365 sales, forecasting, scheduling, warehousing and procurement processes.
Lead the functional analysis and design discussions, advising business users on the use of the solutions based on best practices and the business processes
Work with Business SMEs to design & enable optimal business processes using Dynamics D365
Identify solution gaps, complete Joint Application Design workshops and prepare functional design documentation
Define D365 data structures and Data ETL processes for data migration requirements
Design and implement security roles framework for Finance and Operations Solution
Work with the Technical Team to assist in the Data Integration designs and testing of integrated third-party systems and ISV modules
Lead training sessions for key functionality and new enhancements
Train business users on the workings of the finance modules and any delivered enhancements
Align stakeholders around ERP solution and enhancement requests
Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years experience as a D365 SCM consultant
Prior retail and supply chain domain experience required
Involvement in at least three D365 F&O implementations, including post Go Live warranty support
Demonstrated ability to deliver training and consulting in Supply Chain and Warehousing
Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills as well as strong problem solving and issue resolution ability
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple initiatives and across business units concurrently
Business Analysis with strong documentation skills to capture business requirements, gaps, functional specifications, test scripts and training guides
Strong interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
Ability to express understand technical concepts and communicate them simply
Ability to work in an Agile Product team with daily interaction with both consulting and business resources
Previous implementation experience in MS Advanced Warehousing
Prior working experience with Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI and Automate)

Average time to resolve functional issues: ≤ 2 business days for high-priority issues
