to drive performance, lead a skilled team, and deliver outstanding results for our customers and insurer partners.

This role is hands‑on, fast‑moving and perfect for someone who owns outcomes and leads from the front.

What You’ll Do

Lead and motivate workshop + office team

Manage workflow, scheduling and customer updates

Drive quality, safety and productivity standards

Build relationships with insurers and suppliers

Hit performance targets and manage budgets

What You Bring

Leadership in trades, automotive or service operations

Strong people management and communication skills

Organised, proactive and commercially minded

Experience with job management systems (iBody ideal)

Financial awareness (P&L/budgets)

Forklift licence (or willing to obtain)
