A successful and growing mid-market manufacturer is seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to lead the business through its next evolution of expansion and operational performance enhancement.

Demonstrated Chief Executive or senior leadership credentials with full P&L accountability and significant organisational scope

Established success in wholesale, B2B or B2C commercial environments, with demonstrated capability in developing and maintaining critical customer and channel partnerships

Commercial expertise paired with strategic vision – capable of formulating and executing growth strategies that deliver profitability

Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations and/or product distribution networks, encompassing procurement and vendor management, S&OP processes, workplace safety, and end-to-end supply chain management

Experience in a mid-market enterprise setting, with an appreciation for organisational heritage and established workplace culture
