Assistant IT Manager

to lead technology operations across our restaurants and offices. You’ll manage everything from POS systems to cloud services, ensuring uptime, security, and seamless guest experiences. What You’ll Do Oversee IT operations, budgets, and vendor management across multiple sites. Manage restaurant tech stack: POS, payments, KDS, printers, Wi-Fi, and integrations. Handle inventory & costing systems — recipes, stock, and ERP sync. Ensure uptime & SLAs; lead L1/L2 support and critical incident response. Drive IT security, data protection, and compliance. Deliver new store openings and tech rollouts on time and within budget. Partner with Operations, Finance, and HR to align tech with business goals. What You’ll Bring 6–8 years of IT experience (3+ years in multi-site retail or F&B or QSR). Hands-on with restaurant POS, inventory, and network systems. Strong skills in M365/Google Workspace, endpoint management, and backups. Excellent communicator with vendor, budgeting, and leadership experience. ITIL or PMP certification is a plus.
