Why We’re Onboarding a Co-Founder

The brand is entering its next growth phase—moving from regional strength to a

nationwide presence . We’re looking for a strategic partner who can contribute: Investment capital

(manufacturing, R&D, branding, sales expansion) Scaling strategy

for new states + new SKUs Operational excellence

(systems, compliance, processes) Industry networks

(dealers, distributors, retail, institutional clients) This role is ideal for someone who wants to

actively build India’s next major paint brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment & Financial Leadership Deploy agreed capital into manufacturing, SKUs, and distribution Lead financial planning, budgeting & capital allocation Prepare the company for potential future funding

2. Product & R&D Expansion Drive new product development across multiple categories Build R&D and vendor partnerships Strengthen quality, compliance & product performance systems

3. Sales & Distribution Growth Open and grow new markets across India Strengthen dealer/distributor channels Shape brand, marketing & digital strategy

4. Operations & Organizational Build-Out Implement automation, ERP, HR and internal systems Improve production efficiency & cost controls Develop long-term culture & leadership structures
