Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure alignment with project goals and company standards. The role involves coordinating tasks, mentoring team members, monitoring project progress, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating effective communication within and outside of the team.

- Team management, leadership, and mentoring skills - Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities - Project management and organizational skills - Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities - Flexibility to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field - Prior experience in a leadership role is highly desirable
