We work with 100+ facilities, thousands of players, and brands who want to deeply engage with the rapidly growing racquet-sport community.
We're expanding fast and looking for a Sponsorship Manager who can drive revenue by onboarding brands, structuring deals, and owning relationships end-to-end.
Role Overview
As a Sponsorship Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing sponsorships for:
Pickleball & Padel tournaments
Leagues & seasonal events
Individual Player Sponsors
Facility-level brand integrations
Multi-city sports activations
Your goal is simple:
bring in high-quality sponsors and create win–win partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sponsorship Sales
Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential sponsors across categories (FMCG, BFSI, Fitness, Real Estate, Startups, Lifestyle, etc.)
Pitch sponsorship packages for tournaments, players, and facility activations.
Customize proposals based on brand needs and campaign objectives.
Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers (Marketing Heads, Founders, Brand Managers, Agencies).
2. Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with sponsors and agencies.
Ensure sponsors receive value through activations, visibility, and reporting.
Drive renewals and upsells.
3. Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with the marketing, events, and operations teams to deliver sponsor commitments.
Coordinate brand deliverables: logo placements, on-ground branding, influencer integrations, content assets, etc.
4. Market Intelligence
Keep track of industry trends in sports marketing & brand partnerships.
Identify new opportunities for revenue growth and sponsorship categories.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
1-3 years of experience in sports sponsorships, brand partnerships, event sales, or ad sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
Strong network among agencies and brand decision-makers
Ability to build trust and manage long-term relationships
Good-to-Have
Experience with sports events, leagues, or athlete sponsorships
Exposure to early-stage startups
Understanding of pickleball or racquet sports (not mandatory)
