Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef, based in Bali, Indonesia. The Executive Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage kitchen staff, and ensure exceptional food quality and presentation. Responsibilities include designing innovative menus, sourcing and managing high-quality ingredients, and maintaining compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. The Executive Chef will also manage food costs, train staff, and ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently and effectively to deliver an exceptional culinary experience.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in culinary arts, including Menu Planning and Recipe Development

Strong leadership and Kitchen Management skills, including team training and staff coordination

Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Standards

Ability to source high-quality ingredients locally and internationally

Excellent organizational skills with a focus on cost management and operational efficiency

Creativity and innovation in both traditional and modern cuisines

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification, preferred

Previous experience in luxury dining or hospitality environments is an advantage
