Project Manager

About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager with over 10+ years of experience in leading large-scale, complex programs across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a proactive leader, and a collaborative problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments. The candidate should have mandatory experience in leading projects during business transitions like mergers, acquisitions or demergers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for large and complex programs. Experience in transformation projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery. Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, including executive leadership. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Utilize tools like Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow for project tracking, documentation, and reporting. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence.

Skills & Competencies

• 10+ years of professional experience in project/program management. • Proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects in a cross-functional environment. • Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a can-do mindset. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification. • Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies. • Background in Pharma/Healthcare and/or Cyber Projects is a plus.
