About the Role We’re looking for a

high-octane generalist

to join the

Founder’s Office

at a fast-growing

EdTech startup . This is a

Chief of Staff

role for someone who combines

analytical rigor (BA-type skills)

with

strategic thinking, operational excellence, and people development .

You’ll spend

50–60% of your time on learning and development , designing

training, coaching, and capability-building programs , while the rest focuses on

strategic projects, cross-functional initiatives, and founder support .

Ideal for

former MBB consultants, ex-startup Chiefs of Staff, or strategy leads

who thrive in

high-energy, founder-facing roles , enjoy

solving complex problems , and are passionate about

building teams and scaling impact .

Who You Are High-octane former MBB Analyst/Consultant Passionate about

learning, coaching, and people development . Comfortable in
