Ltd. is scaling for the next phase of operational excellence, and we’re onboarding a dynamic Process Coordinator who can act as the strategic right hand to our Managing Director. This role isn’t just admin. It’s mission-critical. You’ll be the central node that streamlines communication, drives workflow efficiency, and ensures executive-level alignment across functions. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Coordinator located in Guwahati. The Process Coordinator will oversee and streamline business processes, ensuring efficiency and quality compliance. Key responsibilities include monitoring workflows, identifying areas for process improvement, coordinating projects, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves preparing detailed reports, analyzing data, and communicating findings to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data effectively to derive actionable insights Expertise in Business Process Improvement and Quality Management to ensure operational efficiency Proficiency in Project Management and coordinating cross-functional teams Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders Ability to work on-site in Guwahati and adapt to dynamic environments Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred Prior experience in process coordination or a related role is an advantage

CTC : 2.40 Lacs per year Qualification: Graduate Experience: Minimum 1 year
